Apologies for going all ‘formal’ but unfortunately there are no quirky non-dictionary words to follow; just the legal stuff.

But! It’s designed to keep your Allihopa exploration easy and secure so in our eyes it’s definitely worth it. We promise!

So what is Allihopa’s Delivery Policy?

All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

Please allow 2 weeks for the delivery, orders are normally dispatched within 72 hours. Where this is not possible we will notify you. Proforma payments must be made before item is dispatched. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside UK. In the majority of cases, goods are dispatched to you via courier.

If we cannot deliver your order you have specified for any reasons (other than when we are at fault), the courier will notify you and store the product for 48 hours for you to arrange re-delivery. After this period the goods will be returned to our warehouse. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you at this point, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit/debit card for such a re-delivery.

Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.
